This summer is going by so so sooo fast>.< been thinking of some posts on my new favorite lipstick&&small hauls i've been itching to show you, but not enough timeO.-

ii think ii may be posting up my next hair tutorial video this week so look out for it!!!loli'll probably be wearing the same hair style to my cousin's wedding this saturday^.-

So anyways, onto this postlolLast week ii went to Tennessee with some of my family&&it was pretty fun^^ This is mostly pictures of m uncle's house&&Ruby Falls, a tourist attraction we stopped by on the way homelol

ii really like my uncle's house, mostly because of his music room, where he has 3 drum sets&&2 keyboards(: gosh ii want something like that in the future^^

There aren't too many pictures, but enjoy(:

3-4 hours in the car........we were sooooooooooooo tired-.-
Had no makeup on pretty much the whole trip there. (well..obvious use of eyeliner in this picturelolbut ii only had makeup for the first day there) ii don't seem to mind so much anymore. i'm beginning to like my naturally bare face more&&more, which is really making me happy^^

They had signs up near rocks that supposedly looks like what it says. But please tell me how THIS looks like DONKEY?????????????O.Ogosh

There was one that sorta looked like what it said..BACON!!!!!ahah

Outfit Of The Day #10

So here's another OOTD^^ This was my outfit from a few posts back at my uncle's house. Just trying to fit in as many OOTD's as ii canlol

I've noticed that i've been more tolerate of people taking my picture lately. My face has been pretty good so far so ii guess i'm taking advantage of itlolAlso, ii really like how my skin looks now even after ii wash everything off&&make my face squeaky clean. ii don't know if i've changed anything in my routine, but i'm gonna try not to question itlolii have an oily type skin so the summer may not be so kind to it..sad-.- sighs..the obstacles we have to live withlol

Another little get-togetherlolThis was actually the celebration for my graduation^^ We decided to go out&&eat at Hibachi Grill Buffet(:..my 3rd time being there, but still love^^

Small E.L.F Haul

So a while ago, ii made a couple of purchases from E.L.F. i've made some purchases from them a few times before, so i'm pretty familiar with their products&&how long it takes them to ship. For me, it's been a consistent 5 days til delivery&&i'm pretty happy about that^^

So anyways, here's what ii bought..

[ Products include : 2 Brightening Eye Color Eyeshadow Palettes (Silver Lining&&Drama), Fan Brush, Eyelid Primer, Matte Finisher Clear Nail Polish, Nourishing Cuticle Pen, Smudge Eye Sponge&&Conditioning Lip Balm SPF 15 ]

Personally, ii give them an A-

This is how the Brightening Eye Color Eyeshadow Palettes look without Flash. ii really like their colors&&they're very pigmented, so you don't have to apply a lot to get the desired color. The only thing that turned me off just a bit was the shimmer. After, ii would always get some excess "sparkle" from the shadow on my face. But ii can just often dust it away with the fan brush, so it's not that much trouble. So other than that, ii would recommend these for anyone who wants a small nicely pigmented eyeshadow palette(:

Eyelid Primer : A
Price : $1

I've actually found that this primer does a very good job of brightening the eye&&does well for covering the dark circles. For priming the eye, ii would say it does a pretty decent job. The only con ii had was with the small amount. But ii guess it was pretty good for its' price.

Smudge Eye Sponge : B
Price : $1

I've mostly been using this to apply eyeshadow on my lower lash line&&it does a pretty o.k. job. It's a bit hard(not soft)&&it's really hard to clean. Water doesn't really help, so unless you're stuck on only using it with one color eyeshadow, then ii wouldn't really recommend.

Fan Brush : A
Price : $1

So ii usually use this brush for brushing off the excess eyeshadow that lands under my eyes&&cheeks after application. It does a pretty good job(: ii don't really use blush so ii haven't really tried using it for that purchase. I've read that this brush is also good for highlighting&&contouring. It seems like it would be good for giving a light touch of color.

Nourishing Cuticle Pen : B
Price : $1

So ii honestly haven't been using this too much. It seems okii so far so i'm giving it a B for now. The application looks&&feels somewhat like a rough marker. To apply it, you have to shake it&&press it lightly onto your cuticles. It's been pretty good so far. My cuticles are looking somewhat healthier so maybe i'll be back to review this a bit more once i'm more experienced with it^^

Matte Finisher Clear Nail Polish : A
Price : $1

ii love the glossy-ness of nail polish, but ii do so happen to love this matte finish on them also(: This clear nail polish instantly gives it a matte texture, though ii find that it looks best with certain colors. Still, since it is matte, it would tend to chip faster than regular polish. Other than that, it's a really good finisher^^

Conditioning Lip Balm SPF 15 in "Peaceful Pink" : A+
Price : $3

ii really really really love this lip balm^^ I've been wearing it for a while now&&it's still very moisturizing&&the color is soo pretty(: The packaging is also very pretty. &&though it may not look like a lot from the bottle, trust me..it'll last you for quite a good time^.-lolPersonally, ii don't have anything negative to say about this product.

I've been using this instead of lipsticks lately. Because ii like it&&because my Maybelline Pink Please lipstick is almost goneO.O &&they're not longer selling it): sighs, so does anyone know a good&&pretty matte pinky lipstick that won't break the bank??Would love to hear your suggestions^^

This was a while ago...like 2 weeks agololBut anyways...first ii went to an Engagement party..ii know i'm related to them somehow..but ii can't really recall it at the momentO.OLOL

Later that same day ii went to my cousin Vincent's graduation party^^ (Mine is next SundayXD) ii was still sick so ii couldn't really enjoy myself. A lot of people showed up&&ii was pretty much there to warn them of the horrors of getting sick^^ Don't even try to take my seat..or i'll infect you too!!^^tehe

The next day??On to my Uncle Michael's house!!We go there for pretty much every family get-togetherlolCharlotte graduated that Friday too so we sorta celebrated hers&&mine^^ My Uncle David bought us a cake!!Even though ii don't really eat chocolate, ii was happy to see my name on it^^ It also said "You Did It!!"lolHeck yahh we did it!!ahah

Shopping On A Tuesday(:

Last Tuesday ii went shopping with Gracii, Juliet, Mr. LB, Jimie, Patrick&&Shirley(: Didn't really take a lot of pictures since we spent most of the time walking around trying to find shoes...okii..just melolBut everyone went with me^^tehe

It could've been easy..except the school requires you wear white shoes to graduation. White!?!?oh gosh...the grass from the field's gonna end up ruining it anyway-.- ii don't have any since ii find no need for themlolWhite shoes are harder to find anyway&&on top of all that..ii have small feet...size 5 to 5 1/2 to be exact..yupps. So can you just imagine how hard it is for me to find shoes??>.<

Graduation was last Friday&&ii know i'm being slow at posting. The internets been off for a while, but i'll try my best to get it on as soon as ii can^^

Me&&Gracii^^ As you can see..we're in a shoe storelolii wanted to find a pair of cute shoes here, but they didn't really have any white one..except for this one with a crazy heel that was giving me dark visions of falling face-down during graduationO.Olol

ii ended up buying a pair from Payless. It wasn't ugly, but ii didn't really like it. ii can't believe the school is making me waste $26.49..-.-

1) Hot, rich, younger men love fat, older vulgar women.

2) If you have a best guy friend, he is in love with you. And secretly you are too.

3) You and your boyfriend will always playfully chase each other on an ice rink, at the beach, or in the leaves. And you'll laugh for no reason and your boyfriend will hit you "playfully" but the force of his push will have you flying across the room. But it's okay. Cause you're still laughing like a crazy person.

Sighs...the time has come. Time to graduate&&leave behind our childish ways. Time to meet new people and take on a whole new adventure. But no matter what ii do or where ii go, ii won't forget the ones i've met. The ones who've made their way in my life, did so for a reason. The deeper the impression, the harder it'll be for me to forget.

Man.....i'm really graduating on Friday..the thought is scaryO.OlolA lot of my friends, i'll see again in college, but for some of them..Friday may be the last time): But if we're meant to meet again, let's make sure that day comes^^

&&though ii try my best to assure her, i'm scared about Gracii. Her college is gonna be filled with a bunch of new interesting people. What if she forgets about me????(O.O <---that's me, being crazy insecurelol). Okii, okii, maybe she won't forget me. But what if she makes a new best friend&&i'm pushed off into a bus with no chance of returning????Oh gosh>.< Being around all those people all the time she's bound to find somebody right??!?!*starting to hyperventilate* man..what am ii talking about???OF COURSE SHE'S GONNA FIND SOMEONE!!!Being Gracii, someone's bound to want to meet her&&become all chummy with my best friend-.-....that punklol

Sick??Watch Dramas To Ease The Pain^.-lol

Sorry guys, ii haven't been blogging much...sick-.- ughh ii hate being sick. coughing&&sneezing. ii feel like ii have to have a box of tissues everywhere ii goO.O ...well, ii hate everything but the chicken noodle soup(: i've always loved eating it. but like most things, it's only good in moderation. give me chicken noodle soup everyday&&i'll end up rolling over like those fishes you overfeed. you know, the ones with X's for eyes??lol

sighs...BUT do you know what'll help when you're sick??..dramas. Yupp. Now, i'm not talking about the kind that people (or jerks with girlfriendslol) have when they have crazy misunderstandings. I'm talking about asian dramas. ii don't know about you, but ii love me some asian dramasXDahah Dramas are pretty much good anytime, but watching them when you're sick just lightens your load don't cha think??^^

Now, a few days ago, ii FINALLY finished watching "Secret Garden"(: ....ii cried. i'm talking about balling my eyes out!!lolthat happened around episode 18 or 19. You'll laugh, cry, and if you hate the mom as much as ii did, you'll get mad. But don't let me ruin it for you, go watch it yourself^^ If you haven't watched it yet, ii HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you do. If you don't know where to watch it. Click on my "Be a Drama Dork(:" under "Pages" (somewhere in the top right). The main characters are played by Ha Ji-won and Hyun Bin..gosh ii love them(: They did a super great job^.-

sighs, it's hard to find good dramas..but if you need a great recommendation, have ii got one for you!!lol

TaDa!!! Korean Drama : 49 Days(:

ii really REALLY like this drama^^ soooo goodXD "49 Days, is about a fantasy where the lead character falls into a coma from an accident with days before her wedding and finds out she can live with tears from three people who truly love her besides her family."..ii took this from somewhere since i'm bad at summaries..always too long-.-ahah Either that or ii always tend to give something awaylolii haven't fully finished watching it..but close. The last episode comes out tomorrow^^lolii love the actors/actresses(: &&it really made me think about some things. This may be a spoiler so it's your choice whether you want to continuelol

Soo..like the summary a few lines up says..she has to find tears from three people who TRULY love her, other than her family, to live. Well, what she finds is that the ones she thought really did truly love her, never did. Others may have only cried only out of respect or because it seemed fit for the situation. Which really makes you think, how well have you lived your life?? Do you think you could get those three tears if it was you?? Me??Now i'm not too sure. We never really think about it because maybe we just want to stay ignorant. We don't want to know if our friends really do love us because the answer may not be the one we had hoped for. My mind could ramble on&&on, but ii just wanted to share that thought with you^^

Again, sorry for not being consistent with the posts. I'll be graduating next week so i've been a bit jittery..&&sick-.-lolOf course i'll include pictures of the big day when it comes. A Royal Wedding..

So when ii woke up this morning for class, ii turned on the radio like ii do everyday&&what do ii hear??? Crowds&&Crowds of people cheering. Now, if you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks or months, then let me have the pleasure of filling you inlolo

Every girl (from the influence of watching Disney Movies) have at one point of their life wished for their Prince Charming. They've all dreamed and believed that even though they were no more than an average girl, someday their Prince will come&&sweep them off their feet. A Prince??No way right???WRONG!!LOL

In reality, that's what happened to Kate Middleton. She got to marry her Prince&&everyone is just so happy for her(: ii think she does give a lot of girls out there this hope that no matter who you are, you can still be a Princess^^

Now, of course in real life, being a Princess is hard..but you get the idealol

Now ii don't know if any of you will actually wear thislolii actually wore this to school for "Nerd Day"^^lolSo yes, there were a bunch of seniors walking around dressed just like moi(: i've actually been wanting to dress like this for some time(..lame ii knowlol)&&Nerd Day was the perfect chance^.-...ii think ii seriously looked like a little kidLOL

"Nerd Day" was a day of Senior Week&&today was Senior Picnic(:it was really fun^^ii socked Gracii in boxing!!!lolbut no harm done..ii hopelolii mean it wouldn't be fun if we didn't try our best so ii imagined another friend while ii was boxing her ahah ii got soaked a couple of times by a list of people who ii won't mention...you already know who areO.ololii was good&&didn't spray water on anyone...til the end when ii attacked my friend in his car!!!!ahah...my excuse is that we can't all be little angels all the timelol

So the weekend before spring break ii went to Washington D.C. It was sorta last minutelolMy daddy&&a bunch of other people were headed up to D.C to take part in a vietnamese communist protest&&My sister&&ii decided to join in on the movement. We slept in the car..so you could just imagine how that was like>.< We woke up every 2 hours cause that's when they would stop at a gas station or rest stop....-.-ii got barely any sleep, but it's questionable whether ii even slept at allO.O <---that's what ii looked likelol

Me&&my sister sorta got ditzy around 2 am in the morninglolii mean ii guess the saying "everyone's prettier at 2 am" also applies in the sense that "everything's funnier at 2 am"LOL. Seriously...we started laughing at EVERYTHING. Peach candy rings, bathrooms, etc. oooo there was a Tattoo/Piercing shop inside a supposed "game room" that we found straight-up hilarious (...although ii think this one is understandable ahah) ii bet if the gas station floor was newly cleaned (clean freaks^^), we would've been "rolling on the floor laughing"lol

The trip was okii, though there was this one lady on the "bus" that just wouldn't stop talking. Not to be disrespectful but she did not stop the entire time. She said she couldn't sleep in a vehicle so she just talked...&&talked&&talked. Another lady was aware of this too cause she went into the bathroom talking about it until she realized the talkative lady was in one of the stallsLOL&&at one point one lady was trying to force ginger down my throat cause ii had a stomachache...ii just wasn't hungryO.olol

Rant : ii don't THINK i'm a vampire..

..that's what i'd like to think. But in real life, let's face it..ii am-.-lolNow really, ii don't have fangs, blood-thirsty desires, crazy agility, cold-hearted (though my hands are always coldlol), or ability to turn into a bat...BUT ii HATE the sun>.<

ii am night person&&THAT is why ii believe i'm a vampire^^lolSome of my friends call me one&&ii don't disagree. ii just can't stand going outside when it's too sunny. ii always end up covering up my face/arms/legs with anything ii have with me : my purse, sleeves, etc...or ii just look down(my face)...which is why ii walk into people a lotlol

Even when ii drive, what distracts me the most is the sun/sunlight. ii avoid it as much as possible. sometimes ii drive with one hand to shield my face with the other..may be dangerous, but ii can't help it. ii also wear long sleeves to avoid having the sunlight hit my arms.

Why you may ask??Well, if you've seen my pictures, you may be able to tell that i'm not tan. i'm not sure if you can tell but my skin is very light. Actually, i'm the lightest in my family..plus extended. Mr. LB, Gracii&&most of my friends call me pale&&i'm okii with it, ii love my light skin(: So...ii have a horrible fear of getting dark. ii wouldn't even want to be tan or anything. So you'll never find me at a tanning boothlol

ii don't like to go to the beach cause 1. it's too hot/sunny there&&there's not a lot of places you can hide && 2. ii can't swim so there's no point in just sitting there on the hot sand-.-

That's also the other thing ii don't like...hot. Which is also another reason why ii don't like the sun...it's a big ball of hot>.< ii think i've said this before, but i'm a fall/winter girl..pretty strictly. ii dislike the summer with a passion. &&in my opinion, winter looks a lot prettier than summer. Also, the nights are longer in the fall/winter^^ So if you ever see me in the summer, you'll see that ii religiously try to avoid the sun at all costs. sure, you may think ii have a condition&&ii may also agree with you, but this is just how ii am. ii just can't stand the thought of getting dark&&sweaty>.<

Now, first ii want to tell you all of my lately obsession over a certain YouTube singer^^ Most of you probably don't know about him cause he's not that well-known. But he is sooooo good ii just HAD to tell you all!!

For starters, his name is "Alex Thao". So a while ago it was my birthday&&sorry ii haven't been on sincelolBirthday hangover???ahahah just kidding just kiddinglolWell i'm happy to be back now^^

So like ii had said in my earlier post, ii went to eat at a buffet as an early celebration for my birthday. The food was awesome, but ii ate too much&&at one point ii didn't even want to look at foodO.O..scarylolii probably gained like 5 or 10 pounds that night ahah still..ii went there again on the following sunday..don't ask me whyLOL

Also, ii did do some shopping so ii will show you some of my purchases in a later post^^ ii didn't get any accessories which was the downer, but ii intend to get some next time!!!

Mr. LB gave me an awesome present^^ It was a heart necklace engraved with the words "Forever&Always...100%" on the back. The 100% is from an thing between me from himlol Inside was a picture of me&&him(: photobucket is currently being difficult-.- so ii can't really show you the pictures now..besidesm ii hadn't even taken a picture of it yet so you won't be able to see it for a whilelolsorries. &&ii also wish ii could show you what Gracii gave to me^^, but maybe in time^^Her present was amazing, actually there were a lot of things included in it so it was a very nice surprise(: She is sooooo darn awesome!!!They both are^^

Now, you know those girls that tell other people that they don't think they're that pretty, only hoping for some reassurance that they really are?? Sure enough, we've all met that girl.

But what happens when you really don't think you're that pretty&&other people don't believe you&&think you're only fishing for compliments??

Well whether you believe me or not is up to you, but ii honestly believe that ii am not as pretty as people say ii am. Now, ii understand that i'm not ugly..i've gotten past that. This is how god made me&&ii love myself for who ii am. Like ii had said before, everyone women is beautiful (not trying to say that all men are uglylol). But though ii think i'm beautiful for who ii am, ii still don't think i'm as beautiful or pretty as everyone else tells me. Now, of course ii understand why my mommy tells me i'm pretty..ii mean, what GOOD mother in the world wouldn't??Sure, she may know that her child isn't the prettiest child in the world, but she'll never tell them that!!lol

So, anyways. ii really don't think ii am. I mean, after being so hard on myself (all of elementary&&middle school), ii figure my friends&&family are just being really nice. Which ii guess would explain why i'm so happy to have a complete stranger to tell me i'm pretty or looked good that day. ii mean, they have absolutely nothing to gain by telling me. They're not my parents&&they're not my friends who's afraid of being jumped if they told me otherwise...ahah just kidding^.-

Those moments just give me a really good feeling. Now, on to the subject at hand. Let's see..my sister took some pictures of me for her photography class&&when she showed them to her class, she told me how everyone in her class loved me. Everyone said that ii was beautiful, gorgeous, model-material, etc. Some girl even got frustrated cause she thought ii looked pretty in every single pictureO.o

Now, of course ii was completely humbled by the praise. But, somewhere inside me ii also felt worried. Cause sometimes it seems like ii look at myself differently than everyone else. Maybe it's because i'm extremely critical about myself. Sighs..ii know...you are your own worst enemy-.-.

I honestly don't think that ii looked that pretty like they said, so having them say all that, ii was worried that what if they saw me in real life&&got disappointed??She told me how some of her classmates thought ii was tall!!..i'm a loveable 4'11'' tall....so you could just imagine my face when she told me thatO.olol I usually don't like it when my friends tell other people that don't know me how pretty ii am cause then ii believe they may get disappointed when ii don't live up to their expectations. Sure, ii have my own expectations of myself&&i've learned that other people don't bring you down, you do. But, there's still that thought in my mind you know??

You may think i'm pretty, ugly, beautiful, or hideous. It's all up to you. If you think i'm pretty then ii thank you lots^^, but if you don't, ii can't do anything about it. I may have basic confidence in myself, but I'm really trying to get a better outlook on myself. I've gotten past thinking myself as ugly so that's goodlolBut don't worry, ii won't ever get a big head^.-

So to all of you who may understand what i'm talking about, let's all work on it together^^ (ii know ii know...this is sounding like those self-empowerment sermonslol) But really!!!We are all beautiful, so it's time we start embracing it(:

Rant : "The strongest people love even when their heart is broken."

As women, we crave&&desire. And because of it, we may sometimes fall into the dangers of temptation&&attraction. Or sometimes we may just lose all control.

Above all, we crave love. When you think about it, love is weird. It has the ability to make you jumpy&&smiley when you see his name pop up on your phone. Get butterflies just by his smile. Biting our lips when we see him walk our way. Stay wide awake at night thinking about him.

Sure, love is grand, but love also has it's ways to bring us down.

When we think about it, us women can be really pathetic sometimes. Even though we know that something isn't good for us, we still choose to dive head first into that dark and dangerous pit. Sure, we know that that guy isn't right for us, yet we bring him into our lives, letting him tear up our poor little hearts. You constantly try to push him away but all you really want to do is pull him in closer and have him hold you for as long as he can. If you're wondering if this is love or not, let me give it to you straight..it isn't. Love shouldn't hurt you. It was designed to make you grow as a person but only if you're willing to give it a chance.

Don't continue to hold onto someone who obviously only wants you to prove that he can get you. Understand your worth as a person and know that you deserve much better than you think you do. You may never find someone like him&&that's good..because you deserve better. Don't think that you'll never be able to have those feelings again. You are the one stopping all the possibilities by closing up your heart.

&&Even more, we constantly avoid reality. Though the world seems to be perfect when we daydream&& act as if nothings changed, the truth is that everything changes. You may not know it, but everything does. But whether it is bad or good is entirely up to us. We could either take it as an experience&&a warning, or ultimately a sign of failure. His feelings may change, they may not. But no matter what happens, we should never give up. Once you've been hurt, it's logical that you'd feel scared to ever become attached to someone ever again. Yet, if you continue to let that fear live, you're only gonna end up breaking your own heart. Fear should not be the one to stop you from ever loving someone again. Don't let that one guy be the reason you're closing your heart. Your next guy should not have to pay for his mistakes. Do not give him that power.

He's hurt you&&you continue to let him in. You act like it's okay, when in reality, you're slowly breaking inside. You know what it's doing to you but you don't care. As long as he's there with you, you don't care. He treats you like dirt and you take it. He plays&&pushes you and all you do is hold on to him. He goes off and flirts with other girls and you say it's okay. And after he's done all that, he tells you he loves you, and you believe him.

That love is pitiful, painful&&hopeless. It's when we force ourselves to stay in such a relationship that we end up losing ourselves.

We are strong, beautiful&&independent. No guy should ever have the power to take that away from us. No matter how much damage he may have done to you, there is never a reason for us to give up on who we are&&what makes us so beautiful. If you love him, tell him where it hurts so he can help you ease the pain. And if you love him, tell him why it hurts so he could change. He's not psychic. Tell him what you want. You have to stand up and say what you want. The worse thing we can do in that relationship is blame ourselves. "He wouldn't be like that if only I'd....". Don't ever be that girl. Don't let him use you. Why can't you see that you deserve so much better. So stand strong, face it&&let go. "You'll never find the right person if you never let go of the wrong ones."

So, just another family gathering^^Also, we had a late happy birthday celebration for my baby cousin Jenny(: Her birthday was on January 11th..so yeaa...a lot late ahah Overall it was fun(: Again, ii think ii abused my priviledge to play with the ping pong tableO.olol

Also, ii did a little comedy act for my family. One year ii did this comedy "Nail Salon" act. It was pretty much my re-enactment of Anjelah Johnson's nail salon bit. Just search her up on youtube&&you'll find itlol ii got some laughs so ii wasn't so bad, if ii do say so myself ahah ii also went to this year's New Year festival so you'll see that post up soon.

And ii hope you'll forgive me, but ii got kinda lazy to explain each picturelolthey'll be some but not much.

This was the first week's festival&&here, they're giving out the awards for 1st, 2nd&&3rd place for the guy's pageant. Honey was supposed to be in it but wasn't because his uncle runs it&&they say it would be biased if he was in it..&&he said cause he was also waiting for me..that loserlol

I feel sooo bad for not posting anything in forever-.- but school has been way too cruel to me lately. Been filling out forms left&&right..ughh. Tests don't help either....grrrr. Well ii hope everyone's Valentine's Day has been great, though ii do honestly believe that you don't need a special someone to have a great v-day (too lazy to spell it out anymorelol). Actually, i'm not a crazy brand person in general. To me, ii look more towards whether if it looks good rather than what brand it is.

Outfit Of The Day #7&&New Boots(:

So here's my new outfit of the day(: ii haven't done one in a while so here's my first one for 2011^^ I'm hoping to go shopping again soon. Also, ii have to go&&buy my friend his birthday present. ii love the snow but since the roads have been so icy lately, ii haven't gotten the chance to go anywhereO.o *sighs* oh wells..ii hope ii can make it before his birthday^.- Here's hopinglol Well anyways..here's my outfit^^

Outfit : Grey Bomber Jacket, One-Shoulder Leopard Print Dress, a Black Belt, Necklace, Black Stockings&&my Bumper Mitch32 Mid-Calf Boots(:

ii never really wore any leopard-print dresses before so this was a first for melol

And here are my new boots that ii bought from CutesyGirl(: This was my first time purchasing from them&&there were no problems whatsoeverXD They arrived around 3-5 days after ii purchased them.

They have some really cute shoes&&at a good price too, so you guys should really check it outXD ii bought two pairs of black mid-calf boots. ii didn't really want anymore high heel boots because...

1. ii don't have ANY heel-less bootslol
2. heels are great but these are a bit more comfortable
3. heels make that sound whenever you walk so there's no way to be sneaky-.Olol

My Messy Bun Hair Tutorial

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!ahah after like what?? 3 months?? the girl FINALLY makes a new hair videoLOL So anyways, here's my newest hair tutorial video^^ It's basically just me showing doing a messy bun. There are like a billion ways of how to do it, search youtube&&you'll seelolBut this is just my version of how ii do it. I'm not sure if it'll work as well with shorter hair because ii have fairly long hair, though ii just got it trimmed&&layered a bit more. ii may do another video sometime showing how to do a messy bun with short hair, but we'll have to seelol

Again...this post is long overduelolSooo...awhile ago, Mr. LB went to the mall&&happened to see some people giving away free puppies outside. It was soo sad, cause 2 died because of the cold): So being the sweet person he is, he took a couple so he could help find a home for them. He found a good home for all of them but ended up keeping one of them&&we named her Missy^^

Well, it's New Year Eve now&&i'm pretty much bumming it at home with my familyO.o(:ahah Though last year we went to watch the Peach drop downtown, we decided to chill at home this yearlolThough ii seriously thought that the Peach dropped wayyyyy too slow. ii honestly believe it should've been more like a POW, fast&&quick. sighs..but it was still fun ahah The first person ii told Happy New Year to last year was one of my best friends, Tee^^lolii was on the phone with him, even through all of the fireworks..needless to say we had to yell through the phone ahah But this New Year i'm just at home..on the bright side, i'm not stuck standing outside in the cold??LOL Well, anyways, with with this New Year, ii want to celebrate everything that has happened(:

This Christmas was great&&ii want to thank all of my friends&&family for making it so special. Every year is different&&because of it, we make unique memories. I got a lot of gifts this year&&ii am so grateful for each&&every one of them.

When ii think about it, ii am so grateful to have so many people around that love me. To me, it is not the quantity of the people that matters, but the quality of friendship ii have with them. I don't ask for much, but to have friends that ii truly care for&&to have them love me back. Deep inside ii know that ii have some amazing people around me, who would be there for me no matter what, who ii can share everything with. &&for that, ii believe that ii am truly blessed(:

This year ii didn't get to spend much time with Mr. LB though it was the holidays. He didn't really do anything for Christmas..he just napped..a lotlolMy family does sorta celebrate Christmas bigger than his. I felt bad that ii unintentionally woke him up from his nap..twicelol

ii just really want to say that ii love&&thank him for continuing to put up with me for as long as he haslolii am an awkward, lame&&weirdly openly minded girlO.o Each day we become closer, and with the nearing of the New Year, ii just want to say that this year was full of great memories. With Mr. LB, there were some downs but lots of wonderful up's. ii love you honey(:

To me, he's an amazing person&&ii am so happy ii found him. He's no supermodel, not so handsome as for you to die for. No Einstein or Harvard student. No mysterious and cool bad boy. But he's everything ii could ever ask for(:

Now, being a girl who loves to give others gifts, needless to say i'd rather give than receive. ii love seeing the other person's face when ii give them their gift^^..it is just an amazing feeling to give to someone who really appreciates it. &&ii guess that's why when Mr. LB gives me gifts, ii feel like he gives me too much. ii always tell him to stop buying stuff for me but of course he doesn't listen-.-lolme?? ii love giving him stuff, but ii guess i'm just not used to receiving so much from one person all the timelolYesterday, he decided to buy me a shampoo cause he thinks it smells really nice ahah He said he doesn't mind&&that it's really nothing at all. ii still feel weird now but he says i'll get used to itlol

So here is a quick look at my outfit at the Skate-A-Long thing in my last post. ii decided to make this a separate post because ii also wanted to show some of my jewelry purchases that ii had made during Black Friday(: Mostly bought gifts for some friends&&family. ii know this is late, but MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Sure, it's the 27th but we're still all in the Christmas spirit right??lol Usually my family celebrates Christmas during Christmas Eve, but this year we decided to celebrate it on the actual day. It was nice though some of the family couldn't make it. Also, since a lot of us have grown over the years, the christmas tree isn't really filled with boxes of presents anymore but more like envelopes of moneylol There are still SOME presents..but not as much):In time, ii want to start giving each other presents again..maybe in a few yearslol But any ways, ii spent most of the night playing on my cousin's new ping pong table. Rant : With Respect..

What is it about you that draws guys in? Your smile? Eyes? Laugh? Or is it your body? Curves? Flirtatous nature? Now, is that what you want to have them judge you by and see you? Are you okay with it? To get guys to respect you, you must respect yourself. When you first meet a guy that you like, don't rush to get his number or agree to every hangout he offers. I'm not telling you to play hard to get. I'm telling you to let him get the chance to really know that you're not gonna settle for any relationship less than what you deserve. That you're not gonna give in to his smooth words, occasional flirts, or compliments. Let him know that he can't just have you, he's gonna have to work hard to keep you around.

Teach a man to work hard for you. Present yourself in a respectable way by the way you dress yourself. Don't wear a short skirt and revealing tank top and think all the guys that are hitting on you are doing it out of respect. The truth is that dressing yourself like that will make you seem easy and just looking for attention. You want guys to like you for your brains and personality? Why don't you give them a reason to. If you want to give yourself a expensive price tag then you better work pretty darn hard for it. If you come to others acting all desperate, what do you think they will think of you? Desperate.

You are the sports car that he just can't have and make him know that he has to work for you, and work even harder to keep you. If he refuses to give out any effort and desire to fight for you then drive away and don't look back. We deserve respect, but most of the time we do not realize this and we tend to get dependent on our guy to tell us what we want to hear. Know who you are and embrace it. Don't like it? Change it. Make yourself into someone who you'll respect and everything else will fall into place. Respect yourself so that others can respect you. <--- Short, Sweet&&Simple^^

Rant : Second Chances

Rant time^^...it's been a while so forgive me if this doesn't seem to make sense. Because though ii know how convinced ii am that this makes sense in my head..i'm not too sure about youLOL

Soo..Second chances. I could sit here and type up a storm about giving some foods or interests a second chance, but ii think that as long as we're talking about it, we should maybe go a bit deeper than that.

A second chance at love. When someone cheats on us&&asks for us back, Would it be in our best interest to let them go or give them a second chance. Some could argue that a second chance may just be a second chance to get hurt. Or that a second chance should be your second chance with someone else. Me? I don't know how lenient ii could be towards someone after they've cheated on me. But like everything in this crazy world, it all depends on the situation. But now..i'll just get to defending my point. I....do not believe in second chances at love.

Here's why:

1. So let's say that your partner cheated on you. You're mad, crying, and he begs for you back. He promises to not ever do it again and lo' and behold, you forgive him and you're back together. In all honesty, if they cheated on you the first time, what's going to stop him from doing it the second time? ..Not much when you really think about it. Unless you threaten him or his life, there is no such thing as a guarantee. If they had the guts to do it the first time, the incentive to do it the second time is not far my friend. Sure, he can sometimes argue that he was drunk, didn't know what he was doing, etc. But if you're gonna be with a guy who's gonna use that drunk excuse whenever he can then you're better off without him.

2. He actually had the guts to cheat on you!!! He loves you??? pshh was he thinking about that when he was with that girl he cheated on you with???...obviously not. If he really did love you then cheating on you would never even cross his mind. He wouldn't want the best thing in his life to walk away..though obviously he wasn't thinking.

3. You deserve much better. Why is it that when cheaters, liars, and complete jerks break up with girls, they seem to find over a million reasons why they should take them back just because they can't stand us saying goodbye to them?? My advice?? Say Good-bye. What they're looking for is the chase. If you have to be that dependent on a guy no matter how he's treated you then ii suggest you find the strength to walk away because nothing good can come out of being that dependent.

"Sometimes you have to forget what you want to remember what you deserve.."

...sooo....ii didn't originally want the rant to be this short (because trust me..ii have A LOT more to say about this) but ii guess it's gonna have to be cause my beds starting to call for melol ii may come back to edit this later..who knows. But yeaa..that's just my rant of the day. Ponder a bit on it if you will ahah

BUT.....on that first note on giving foods&&interests a second chance. THOSE ii don't mind cause ii remember not liking a bunch of foods when ii was younger which ii ended up really loving now ever since my mommy forced me to try itlolSo yeaa..nothing wrong with trying new foods^^

Outfit Of The Day #5

Soo..i'm not really a flower girl. ii mean ii love flowers (white roses are my favorite) but ii don't typically wear flowers. So when ii saw this dress looking like it was, all covered in bright flowers, ii was a bit taken back. But never the less, ii was up to trying new things. It didn't look that bad after ii tried it on. I mean ii still don't love flower prints but ii do have a better tolerance for it than ii had in the past.

Still..i'm a bit iffy about flowersO.ololBut anyways..here's my outfit from the other day. I showed them to Mr. LB&&he said ii looked fine. But the thing about people telling you you look "fine"...it's like they're not sure if they like it so they don't said "good" but they don't want to be mean so they say "fine"......ii don't know but that's just what ii get from hearing that wordlol

I generally don't stick with just one look because ii really like wearing various styles from edgy to sophisticated&&ii guess ii just have my own style. But this one is really different than what ii usually wear...yes..because of the flowers ahah

Extremely LATE Thanksgiving PostLOL

This is SOOOOOO late ahahh Sorry!! Everything's just been so hectic&&crazy..Ughh!!LOL

Sooo...skating. Ever gone skating before?? And no ii don't mean ice-skating(ii will NEVER make that mistake againLOL), i'm talking about roller-skating. If you have, then doesn't it just feel AWESOME when you go really fast&&zoom past everyone?!?!!? And..if you can't really do it...like me...doesn't it stink when the ones who CAN zoom right past you??!?!?!?

Ehh it didn't bother me much that ii couldn't really skate, but then Mr. LB comes in&&he just..ughh-.-lol Soo...Mr. LB didn't know how to skate. Honestly?? The dude was horrible, he couldn't even stand or walk in the skatesO.O But anyways, for the first 30 minutes some of the guys are teaching him how to skate&&helping him. Some of them told me ii should help him too but ii could barely skate myself so it'd be like telling a 3 year old to teach another baby how to talklol But anyways, he's learning&&literally after the first 30 minutes he starts skating like he's been skating his whole lifeO.O He just starts zooming by everybody. My friend who helped him learn how to skate just watched him skate by&&was like "They grow up so fast.."LOL Sighs..that night was both happy&&a bit sad cause of something that happened): But overall, i'm happy ii went..but just watch me go back skating like 6 months later&&have no idea what to doO.o ahahah

It's sad that just when ii start getting in the hang of it, ii stop skating for a while, then when ii come back&&try it again ii feel like a complete noobie!!ohh gosh darn it-.-lol Well, anyways it was nice to see everyone there(: This was one of my days on Thanksgiving Break. The rest of it was pretty fun&&it was great hanging out with my family.

So on Friday ii went to "Deuces Wild" with one of my favorite people, Stephen..but ii call him Loser. Haven't seen him in forever&&he's still lame. I call him that all the time but he accepts my tough love cause he knows he's My Loser<3lol A little background info on him: he's half black/half japanese, his japanese name is Junichi(:. Hmm..he's tall..which really contrasts to my short selflol. &&he's a heck of a breakdancerXD ahah Now..enough about himLOL

Now, if you're wondering what "Deuces Wild" is, it's an event where a bunch of people sign up to dance battle each other. The battles are epic..well, some ahah I believe the prize money is $400 &&you get a trophy..niceXD

I had never seen so much breakdancing on one night in my life!!! Now, ii may be biased.....but ii think My Loser totally Killed it!!!! He was awesome(: I also met a lot of people, including Melissa. This girl was sooo awesome&&super nice. My Loser..being the loser he is forgot to tell me that you had to pay $10 &&ii didn't have any money on me. Having just met me a total of ONE minute, she offered to pay for me. ii was like, "Are you serious?? Really??" She said it was fine, but ii totally felt bad cause there ii wouldn't be able to give her the money back since there was a slim chance that ii would ever see her again. She insisted&&said it was okay since she has a job (nurse intern ii believelol). I couldn't believe it. I mean how many of you would offer to pay $10 for someone who you JUST met, like a complete stranger??? All we really did so far was exchange names!!(Loser introduced us..she was also mad at him cause he forgot to tell her she had to pay tooLOL). So like ii said..she was super nice&&super awesome cause once we started talking we just kept on going ahah Later though she found her friend&&ii hung around with Loser to watch some of the dance battles.

The night was amazing. Went there to support Loser&&had a great time. It also reminded me how much ii missed him&&his loser-nessLOL ii also saw some of my old friends Evan, Ken&&Noemi. They graduated so it's harder to see them now-.- *sighs* anywayslol

Truly one of the best nights of my life&&it was all thanks to My Loser(: But it did come at a cost. Because November 19 was ALSO the night that WONG FU PRODUCTIONS was gonna be in town. The last stop on their tour was at a University close to where ii live. Grrrr-.- ii can't tell you how much ii love them!!LOL..&&they know Victor Kim...which gives them extra coolness points^^

In case you don't already know, ii LOVE LOVE LOVE Quest Crew, but Victor Kim is my absolute favorite<333 ahah anyways, ii didn't get to see them cause their event was pretty much at the same time as Deuces Wild. But i'm still extremely happy that ii was there to support My Loser(:

More Food For My Tummy:)

Now, ii really didn't intend to have these last 2 posts about Mr. LB in a row like thatlol But oh wells, i've been busy with school&&stuff these past few days so i'll just let him have his time on my blog(:ahah

So anyway, as you guys may know from my last post...Mr. LB can cook. He's amazingly good at it, though his asian dishes are better than his american ones..understandable ii guessLOL

Well, it was one of his friend's birthday the other day&&..he was in charge of the food. I'm not sure if ii remembered it right, but the friend's mom told Mr. LB what to make&&gave him the recipes. I'm surprised she trusted Mr. LB not to food-poison her sonO.O ahah..just kidding. So yeah..everything was made by Mr. LB(: Yumm huh??lol I'm a dessert girl, so of course my favorites are the cupcakes&&strawberry cake...which is why ii posted so many pictures of it. Though..ii question why they put the straws in in the cupcakes O.o ahah Aren't guys who can cook the best??XD

So, Mr. LB decided to be a chef yesterday and make cupcakes for his class (he teaches 3rd grade at his church). It was his first time baking cupcakes but...they weren't THAT bad ahah Just kidding. They actually turned out pretty good(:...though ii wouldn't know how they tasted..ii didn't get to try one O.o ahah He made them look like monkeys...ii don't know whyLOL..trying to be creative ii guess^^ ahah

His favorite is the one in the middle^^ I thought the cupcakes were eating the cookies when ii first saw them til ii realized they were monkeysLOL Mr. LB was so proud of them(: Didn't really know that he knew how to bake but ii like it. I think guys who can cook are awesome. I'm not a great cook or anything so ii love it when the guy knows how to cook/bake^^ I know sometimes i'll be too lazy to make myself food so i'll just tell Mr. LB to make some for me!!!..that's what he's there for(:LOL

Now..onto finding Mr. LB a christmas gift. Though i'm still not sure what to get him. It was hard enough thinking of what to get him for his birthdaylol He told me that he already got me my christmas gift though ii told him not too..but he never listens-.-lol Don't really know what to get him.... Guys are soo darn hard to shop for. Girls are much easier. Teddy bears, jewelry, etc. Even though not all girls love them, at least there's some idea for a gift!!! Guys..they all tell you the same thing: "I don't know." or the ever-so-popular: "I don't want anything."...ii hear that one A LOT ahah. He's had me guessing how much my present cost&&ii already want to kill him. I hate it when he spends a lot of money on me. Time For A Trim&&CamQueen

So ii decided to give my hair a little trim this morning but it turned into a much bigger trim than ii thoughtLOL Let me give you a visual..here's how much hair ii cut off..

But NO WORRIES, it was mostly layered so my hair is not THAT MUCH shorter but shorter nonetheless. By the way, know that ii will NEVER cut my hair short (short as in anywhere near my shoulders and above). ii love my long hair^^

Didn't really take any pictures of my hair afterwards cause it was before ii even took a shower and TRUST ME..you DID NOT want to see thatO.O Was super exhausted the night beforeX_X Eye Bags, Dark Circles, you get the idea. &&yes ii like to cut/trim my hair before ii take a shower. So refreshing^^ But anyways, here are some pictures ii found on my computer from a few days ago. I actually went to school with my hair curled for the first time so ii decided to document the momentlol *coughs* Camwhore O.o ahah

Also, ii don't know if some of you have heard of it but there's this contest called

"CamQueenOfTheYear"

It's pretty simple. All you have to do is create a profile&&upload two pictures of yourself: one being a picture with you absolutely NO MAKE-UP on, and the other with you AFTER make-up. The point is to show them your transformation.

I think the contest is pretty interesting because ii personally know how dramatic the transformation can be. Before and After make-up. ii haven't really jumped on the wagon of "circle lenses" but eye make-up alone can make a huge difference. I'm thinking of trying circle lenses just to see how it is, though i'm scared ii may end up hookedO.O ahah I'm not sure yet. Gonna ask Mr. LB later what he thinkslol

Unspeakable Pet Peeves

So the other day me&&my friend got to talking about what annoys us, drives us crazy, pushes our buttons, etc. She got to telling me her list of pet peeves&&from it, ii was inspired to write a list of my own!!

MY deadly Pet Peeves-.-

People who smack their chewing gum
Some people just have the loudest ways to chew their gum and it drives me crazy!! Sometimes I'd be taking a test and someone right next to me would just decide to smack their gum. How am ii supposed to concentrate on my test with that huh?? In my opinion, it's rude, especially when others around you are busy taking a test. I mean everyone else is quiet right??..so should you. Man, ii swear..next time,just close your mouth..please. Also, ii can't stand it when people pop their gum constantly-.-

..it ain't pretty

Human Blocker
I'm generally a fast walker, or maybe it's because ii actually want to get to where ii want to go in a good amount of time. That is why it really annoys me when people walk extremely slow in front of me. It's even worse when some people decide to stop in the middle of the hallway or crowd to start talking to whoever. Do not block my way. If you want to talk, move over to the side, don't stand there and block everyone else's way. The worst is when a group of people who are extremely slow choose to walk right next to each other blocking the ENTIRE hallway. God, think of someone else besides yourself. You can be late to your class all you want, but don't make me late because you wouldn't move your slow butt out of the way. I'll say it again, Do not block my way.

Obvious or Wrong Color Clip-On Hair Extensions
When ii can obviously tell that you're wearing a clip-on hair extension..clearly there's something wrong. If you're gonna wear them, wear them right. Don't wear some black or brown hair extension and have it show through your blonde hair..it's tacky. Having the wrong color extension only really bothers me when it's a clip-on ponytail or something. Once ii saw this one girl who had black hair have a light brown colored clip-on ponytail...god, really??? Who ever told her that that was okay..lied. Don't make the clip-on so bluntly obvious. Either dye your hair or get an extension that actually matches/blends in with your hair. What more can ii tell you..

Cursing in public
I don't curse and I really don't like people who seem to make curse words take up their entire vocabulary. I mean, sometimes people curse and ii get that, ii don't really hold anything against them. It's the people who think they need to use f*** after every other sentence that bothers me. What also really bothers me is when people do it in front of senior citizens. Why the heck should they have to listen to your ugly language?? They're old, let them enjoy the rest of their life without having to listen to you complaining. God help the little kid that decides to curse in front of me when i'm old..

People who constantly text while talking to me
If you want to talk to me, okay, talk. Don't do it and decide to carry on a text conversation at the same time. If you do, ii WILL walk away. People pay more attention when they're texting than when they're talking because texting involves reading the screen and typing the right keys. So who are you gonna pay more attention to. Me? Or the Person you're texting? The same goes for people who carry a one sided conversation. I have no interest in talking to people who obviously aren't interested in talking to me.

People who don't say "thank you" or even acknowledge you when you hold the door for them.
...let's be considerate. I say thank you and ii would appreciate it if you did the same.

So, ii really hate it when my hair fall over my lips and gets stuck to my lipgloss-.- It gets into my hair and ii would also have to redo my lipstick/lipgloss. Have you ever went to drink something and your lipgloss sticks to the cup or straw??GRR. I prefer matte lipsticks but good ones are just really hard to find-.-
Another beauty pet peeve that ii hate is when your eyeshadow decides to gather in the crease of your eyelid..it's just ughh..

I actually think ii have more but ii can't really elaborate on them muchlol I don't like that ii have so many pet peeves but sometimes things just get to you, you know?? Heyy there loves(: Soo..I'm finally back with a new hair tutorial videoXD

This is actually the same hairstyle that ii had worn to my homecoming^^. I really like this look because it has a bit of sophistication but still casual. To me, you don't really need to be too elaborate or fancy for homecoming as you would be for prom. Usually ii would let my hair down straight but ii thought what the heck, let's do something new for a changelol So this was actually my first time curling my hair since somewhere around..6 months ago??ahah

Now, I'm not exactly sure what my next hair tutorial video will be on so if you have any suggestions or ideas, ii would love to hear them^^. I am thinking of doing some sort of a formal evening hairstyle, but who knowslol I'm also on a hunt for cute hair accessories. My mom says that ii already have too much but i'm a bit of an accessories junkie in general, so the more the betterXD

Homecoming 2010

Well..yesterday was Homecoming, so here's the post ii promised^^ The whole day was Amazing. It was SOO much fun. So here's what happened

First, a bunch of the girls (including me) met up at Truc My's hair Salon to get our nails, hair, and make-up done; I did my own hair&&make-up before ii came. I just like to do my own hair&&i've been too used to doing my own make-up that ii think it'd be too awkward for someone else to do itlol I made a video of my hair-do that day which ii will post up very soon(: We stayed there to about 5 when Hue came. Everyone went through such amazing transformations^^

The biggest transformation had to be Juliet. She was soo pretty. Not saying that she wasn't pretty before, but a different type of gorgeous with her dress, heels, and hair done^^ One word? Beautiful. Pshh..No lie man XD Hue didn't even recognize her when she got to the salon even though Juliet was standing right in the front of her O.O ahah. We later went to Jimie's house to take group pictures. Which took forever!!ahah everyone was getting hungry.

We went to a Thai restaurant which was nice. I was in the group that came first so we had to reserve tables..for 24 people ahah I felt so bad because we were really complicating their lives with the table arranging and ordering processLOL But they were really nice with everything(: After, we went to Homecoming..finally ahah We came sort of late because dinner took longer than we thought.

I didn't really take any pictures at the actual Homecoming because we put up most of stuff including our cameras away in the coat room since we were going to be moving about and dancing most of the night. The music wasn't too bad though there were some...questionable songs O.o lol

At first ii wondered why some of my friends who had already been there were soo sweaty..but ii soon found out whyLOL Dancing in a place with hundreds of people all pushed up against each other..is pretty suffocating when you think about it ahah. Hue honestly tried to kill me on while dancing O.O I put my shoes in the coat room because ii didn't want to dance with them on..THAT would be painful X_X. So ii was bare foot. She kept her heels on. She likes to jump when she dances. I danced with her. See the danger there??ahah Mr.LB ended up being super sweaty because after we danced he was break dancing for the second half of the nightlol He said he really wanted to show up the people at my school..which he did ahah ii spent most of the night with him, Danny&&his date, Hue&&Alex...we lost Juliet&&everyone else while we were coming inlol

Review : Neutrogena SkinClearing Mineral Powder

Is your skin type oily or acne-prone?? If so, rest assured that you are NOT alone. Millions of people out there suffer from oily complexions and ii am no different. You hate it and all that oil can build up to create more acne and pimples that's already stressing you out.

I have spent a good amount of my life complaining about this oily face of mine and tried numerous ways to get it to appear matte like those pretty faces you see in movies, magazines, etc. All the oil would just make my face look icky and gross, especially in the summer when it's super hot outside-.-Grrr. I would always find myself going to the bathroom to blot my face whenever the oil makes it look "shiny". Sure, we all want to shine...but not like this O.O

I've tried some different liquid foundations but my face doesn't really work well with them most of the time. I've also tried powder foundations which worked for a while but would be too heavy sometimes and instead make my face look super duper dryO.O..which ii didn't think was possiblelol At some point ii wanted to give up and accept the fact that ii was going have to learn to live with a super icky shiny face for the rest of my life. But one day ii came across Neutrogena's "Skinclearing Mineral Powder". (sounds like one of those cheesy infomercials doesn't it??ahah) At first, ii was skeptical whether it was really "skin clearing", but ii decided to give it a shot.

So, according to the the Neutrogena site, the SkinClearing Mineral Powder is
"the first and only gentle powder to blend soothing minerals with MicroClear technology that cuts quickly through oil to speed the delivery of maximum-strength acne medicine straight to the source of breakouts. SkinClearing Mineral Powder works quickly to treat and help prevent breakouts blemishes without the dryness or flakiness of other acne treatments."

Now, let's cut to the chase..ii LOVE this Powder. It is my Holy Grail at the moment&&ii am just crazy in love with it. Ever since i've started using it, ii can't go ANYWHERE without it. Just give me my phone, purse, &&Neutrogena Mineral Powder and i'm good to go^^

I really love the coverage it gives, and the application is sheer so it's not too heavy and it doesn't make my skin dry out. It gives me this matte look which ii really really love. FINALLY!!ahah. My skin has been pretty clear lately but ii still like the matte look it gives to my face because my skin IS oily after all. It's oil-free, which just screams out "hallelujah". It didn't clog my pores like some powders did and since it's a mineral powder, it didn't break me out. I don't want to go as far as to say it cleared all of my acne, but it HAS reduced the shine/oil on the face, which as a result, reduced the amount of break-outs. Overall, Neutrogena SkinClearing Mineral Powder = Love^^

I got mine in "Natural Ivory", but there are plenty of different shades to choose from, which range from "Classic Ivory" to "Tan". Click here to view the product&&shades. It's price can go from $9-12 which is a bit expensive but to me, the result was well worth it. But of course i'll plan my next purchase when it's on sale, ii mean..we ARE in a recession people ahahlol

Disclaimer : This is just MY review on the product. They may work wonders for you or it may not. Everybody is different, even our skin type doesn't exactly define our reactions to certain products sometimes. Man, if ONE single product worked for everyone we wouldn't have all hese competing brands selling us different types of foundations, powders, concealers, etc. it just takes some time to find the one that's right for us(:

TNT Radio 10th Anniversery

Yesterday ii went to TNT's Vietnamese Radio 10th Anniversary&&though ii didn't find it to be as fun as last year's, it was still pretty good. I was REALLY happy knowing that the place had air conditioning, unlike last year's...ii felt like ii was being baked aliveO.O Ahah. I was also supposed to go to a Wedding that day but it was called off. It was really sad hearing the news, but ii guess it just shows that life has it's way of surprising you sometimes. It's unpredictable&&anything can happen.

But anyway, ii spent most of the time with my cousins Stephanie&&Charlotte. We talked but also took a lot of pictures. We were being goofy which you'll probably be able to tell from the picturesXD So if you want to see us and our kooky selves just scroll on down^^lol.

Not really much to say now but that i'm really planning on posting up some reviews that i've been wanting to do for a while but haven't really gotten to (shame on me-.-). Honestly, ii can't say that i've forgotten you. And ii can't say that seeing you still doesn't make my heart skip a beat every once in a while. : Random Post^^lol

So yesterday ii went to the mall with some friends to help them buy their Homecoming dresses. We ended up buying some at a store called "The Pink", which was also where ii bought my Homecoming dress. Juliet(one of my really good friends) took forever in the fitting room!! Not because she had a lot to try on but that she took forever to put on the first dress O.o But eventually she got a little more comfortable as it went on. It sort of reminded when ii had to get my sister in a dress, which was one of the hardest things ii ever had to do (she was a serious hardcore tomboylol). Juliet is A LOT better but ii just wanted to help her feel comfortable with it. In the end, Truc My&&Juliet ended buying the exact same dress but they're best friends so it's not really one of those scenes where the girls get all homoicidal when they realize another girl has the same dress as them O.O It was so sad because ii was completely in love with the dress that they bought too. I tried to help Juliet feel more comfortable by trying on dresses with her..who knew it would lead to the discovery of a new love!?!?!?!..ii didn't-.-lol But she looked great in it. I believe in fate, so until next time??ahah

It was really fun but ii was a bit tired in the morning&&afternoon. It was a mental tiredness that just completely drained me-.- The feeling just made me sad&&bleh. I also had some complex thoughts/issues that were running through my mind which weren't helping either. But I talked with Juliet and she really helped me through it..bless her little heart^^ Later, though ii didn't really want to bother him with it, ii ended up talking about it with Mr.LB..though technically he had to force it outta me. He doesn't like that he has to do that&&ii don't really either. I'm not that great at explaining things sometimes but he gets it(:Still, i'm really trying to get better so he doesn't have to force it out of me next time. He's my Honey&&one of my best friends. You don't have to be God to know why ii love him^^

Hmm..not much left to say.
